Rivy Music Group is excited to invite your business to participate in the inaugural Cooper-Young Fall Crawl, taking place on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
The Cooper-Young Fall Crawl is a free community event designed to bring residents, visitors, businesses, musicians, and neighbors together for a day of local shopping, food, drinks, live music and a neighborhood scavenger hunt with a grand prize.
The Fall Crawl will encourage attendees to visit multiple participating locations through an interactive Passport Card, special business promotions, scavenger-hunt challenges and live music throughout the district.
We hope this inaugural event can become an annual Cooper-Young fall tradition while bringing people back year after year to experience the neighborhood, discover new businesses, enjoy local music and support this incredible community.
We are currently building the participating business list, music schedule, scavenger hunt, sponsorship opportunities and other event details. We would love the opportunity to have your business be part of the 2026 Cooper-Young Fall Crawl.
Final event details will continue to develop as businesses, musicians and sponsors commit to participating. We are thrilled to have the support of the Cooper-Young Business Association.
We hope you'll join us in creating something exciting for Cooper-Young!
Businesses must register by October 1 to be listed on event flyers and passport cards.
The Fall Crawl will provide multiple opportunities for local musicians to perform throughout the Cooper-Young district, reach new audiences and receive guaranteed compensation from participating host venues.
RIVY will work to create a balanced music experience throughout the event and match performing acts with locations that are appropriate for everyone, including the Fall Crawl timeline.
RIVY will consider the preferences of both participating businesses and musicians when creating the schedule. Final placements will be determined by RIVY based on venue suitability, musical variety, timing, location, and the overall event schedule.
Musicians must register by September 30 to be listed on event flyers and passport cards.
